Ethiopian Eats: Ethiopian Food Glossary*

  • ron k jeffries · 1 year ago
This is a very useful list, Thank you

My wife and I really enjoy Ethiopian food, but
our knowledge of the cusine is very limited.

How about a few recipes too?

We have eaten good Ethiopian in Washington D.C.
(Morgan Adams is the area, if I remember correctly).
The Red Sea on Fisrt St. in San Jose is OK. They have a decent
    buffet at lunch that's popular.

I hope you get this blog rolling again.

Thanks for the glossary. But please be aware that millet (Panicum milaceum; there are several items called millet but none are related to teff) and teff (Eragrostis tef) are two completely different grains.
